What’s your return policy?

You can return your order / the purchased item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date.
To return your order / the purchased item(s) please follow these steps.

  • First, fill out our Return Form.
  • Pack the return slip and the items you want to return well.
  • Put sufficient postage on the parcel.


Afterwards, notify us of your return by sending an email to
[email protected] with the completed return form attached.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging including labels and tags
  • Unworn, unmarked and unwashed


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please ensure you are using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Please be informed that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let
us know at [email protected] within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
